About the Event

This event will provide instruction about hands-only CPR and proper AED use as well as guidance on the proper use of the PulsePoint mobile applications. This course is for awareness only and does not provide CPR certification. It is recommended that you also attend one of our live in-person courses as soon as we are able to offer them again.

The mission of the Greater Williamsburg HEARTSafe Alliance is to SAVE LIVES by improving the survival rate of sudden cardiac arrest in James City County, York County, City of Williamsburg, and City of Poquoson. The Alliance works to exceed standards of engagement through citizen education, hands-only CPR training and awareness of AED access while promoting a healthy community.

 

HEARTSafe CPR/AED training will not result in professional certification and is not appropriate for those occupationally required to have CPR/AED training.
